Ms. Worth arrived in San Gabriel following a
hospitalization due to a fall that resulted in a
hip fracture. Suddenly, she found herself in a
state of total dependence for transfers and unable to walk—a stark contrast to her previous life, where she thrived in complete independence, navigating her daily activities with the aid of a walker.

Through unwavering effort in therapy and the steadfast support of our dedicated physical and occupational therapists, Ms.Worth has made remarkable progress in reclaiming her autonomy. She now joyfully returns to her assisted living,empowered to transfer independently once more and gracefully traversing her apartment with her walker.
